1. Document status
The complete Data Deletion Policy for Axion Cyber is being finalised and will be published in this section. Until it is published here, the summary below explains how we currently operate.
2. Summary of current practice
- •You can clear your scan history at any time from Inbox Protection; cleared items are permanently suppressed.
- •You can disconnect any connected mailbox, which removes the stored authorisation for that mailbox.
- •To request full account deletion, email axioncyber99@gmail.com from your registered address.
- •Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, except where records must be retained by law.
